Please kindly take into account that I refuse translation jobs in the following fields for ethical reasons:
- Weapons, terrorism, war; war-like or terrorist equipment, practices or argumentations; appeals for war or violence, even to defend rightful causes such as humanitarian or environmental causes
- Abusive practices or experiences on living organisms and the promotion of such practices, the development and application of products that are knowingly damaging for and abusive of humans, animals and the environment, such as genetic modifications, growth hormones, pesticides, neurological control of animals for war purposes or other ethically dubious purposes, industrial livestock breeding in cruel conditions for animals, etc.
- Promotion, development and implementation of nuclear energy
- Texts with sexual, pornographic or paedophile contents
- Texts with sexist, racist/xenophobic contents, attempts to control or restrict people's freedom
- Texts from companies of poor ethical reputation, reported to have repeatedly and knowingly exploited, seriously harmed or ruined people or caused extensive environmental damages without coming up for them
